POLOVOY CUSTOM CLEANERS is a full service clothing care specialists. Polovoy has been in business since 1917. Owned and operated by the Polovoy family. The original location was established at 4401–3 Towanda Ave. West Cold Spring Lane.

The second owner and still today, is Mr. Jeffrey Holzman with locations in Pikesville celebrating 25 years of being in business, and 5 years for the Owings Mills location. 

Polovoy has over twenty (20) employees to help cleaning your soiled and stained garments. One could compare Polovoy to Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom‘s and Macy’s. We stand by our products. We do our absolute best to make our customer’s clothing return to brand new like condition.
